I have not eaten fish since being back in melbourne and I don't think it is doing my brain any good! Should buy some salmon soon.

on the first beat

I'm finally reaching the end of "on the first beat"! I have been putting off watching it cuz I have not watched the first one "the academy", but after Grace told me that it is not really linked I started watching it.

One of the reasons for watching it is because of Sonija Kwok! hehe. She is so pretty! Anyway I believe that she is not the third party in michael tao's divorce. sorry i'm a bit slow, it was half a year ago.

I think the show is really good as it shows the HK culture like the way they are all so close and I also like the way they talk, as in the way they kid around. Everyone cares for one another and really helps each other out. The love lives of the characters are also developed quite well and it really brings out issues about relationships and how to care for others.

K I'm going to finish the show soon!
